30-Minute Total Body Beginner Bodyweight Fat Burning Workout
This is a strength endurance workout where I’ll be combining total body strength training, focusing on high reps, alternating with bodyweight cardio movements. This workout is suitable for beginners and it is great for fat burning and to also build lean muscle mass! Let's do it!!

Workout Sequence: 40 secs Work - 20 secs Rest
Circuit: 3 rounds
Duration: 30 minutes
Estimated Calories Burned: 220 - 300 Calories
Workout Type: Strength & Endurance
No Equipment needed!

CIRCUIT 1 (Lower Body)
1) Squat
2) Skater
3) Kneel to squat
4) Reverse Lunges
5) Jumping Jacks

CIRCUIT 2 (Upper Body)
1) Push-ups
2) Plank Up-Down
3) Mountain climber
4) In-Out Plank
5) Plank to Squat

CIRCUIT 3 (Core)
1) The Hundred
2) Knee Tucks
3) Bicycles
4) Flutter Kicks
5) Plank Hold

I did this workout for the first time after taking a 1 month break from working out. My legs were shaking really bad ever since the first circuit. But the endorphin rush afterwards was worth it. And this is why I keep coming back for her workouts. Joanna turned me into a masochist 😂

Tbh joanna's workout are very hard(for me) and they really burns a lot . everytime I do her workout I really sweat a lot ( even my clothes get wet).I really love how she explains everything 💜.Thank joanna for your hardwork. FIGHTING 💜

I've been finding a beginner friendly workout here on YouTube since the beginning of this year and none of them seems to be "begginer" as I thought. Her exercises, however, do do beginner friendly ones that an actual beginner can do. I love this so far. I am also doing her overweight one and this one then finish it with a 20 minute stretch by Emi Wong. ❤️ Much love, Joana and thank you so much. 🥺🥺❤️

Literally a killing workout... I've not been working out for like 20 days cause was sick but In just 4 days I'm feeling my strength and endurance coming back as it used to be or may be better... If you're a student & want to be active in your daily life but don't have time GO FOR THIS ONE!!!! Burn feels great❤

Hey Joanna! just wanted to request a video on exercise and diet or nutrition, Foods to avoid for women above 50years to lose weight. I need to help my mother but I think she still hasn't found her motivation. I'd love to help her in any form, but I am not sure which way is suitable for her. Just want to say that you're amazing and one of the best health and fitness youtubers I'm following. I've finished some of your challenges starting last year as an alternative as I can't go to gym anymore. Started at almost 100 kgs then working out then pandemic happened and started gaining again. But saw your exercises at that point- 74 kgs and now I'm at 57 kgs. Thank you for your workouts and encouraging words!
