(The important thing is to control the amount of food you eat at each meal and reduce fried, sweet, oily, salty foods, and eat protein from eggs and nuts. May eat whey protein after exercise. Don't worry about your belly or body fat. exercise regularly the weight is noticeably reduced. after a period of time you will notice the abs come in 4 pack. Now I just need to be patient and keep exercising become 6 pack.) *Maybe more exercise if you want and make sure your body is ready for it*

Been doing this at least once a week for the past 6-7 weeks. Glad to say I finally completed all the exercises with proper form from start to finish without dying mid-way!

Just used this video with my (virtual) High School PE class, and it was great! Super well done, great angles, excellent editing, and good music! That little preview video at the bottom that shows the next exercise is absolutely GENIUS! I also appreciate that there isn't any dialogue...it allowed me to talk modifications for some of my less experienced students and give live encouragement without worrying about talking over you. Really appreciate the work put into this and can't wait to use more like it!!
