I’ve been starting my days with your 10 minute meditations daily for 2 months now. I’ve seen an improvement in productivity, stress management, and relationship building. I know these improvements are partly caused by these mediations because throughout my days I take some time to focus on my breathing when I’m feeling uncentered; plus, my internal dialogue about myself and others has become more positive because of phrases you use like “open your beautiful eyes” and “good job today”.

As someone with a wandering mind, I decided to give a session of meditation a try. I felt absolutely at peace while meditating that i fell asleep for a good 15-20 minutes. Nothing was in my mind during those moments but the focus of my breath and shallowness of my chest.

It was amazing how at the beginning it took effort to keep my body still, and stop adjusting my position every 5 seconds just a little bit, but by the end of it i felt like i need great effort and focus to get my body moving again because stillness became the natural state of it. Refreshing, thank you ❤

I think I'm too literal for this one. "Enter the earth's core, a place of stillness" but...but it's full of roiling magma and the gravity would crush me.

I’ve never fallen asleep during a meditation before but this was so calming and my mind so quiet that I drifted into sleep several times. I needed this as I’ve been so stressed and had racing thoughts and insomnia, so thank you!

this is the first video I have ever deeply relaxed to and when I opened my eyes I had put myself in sleep paralysis, that's how relaxed my body was! absolutely incredible!
