I’m an athlete and have used this before multiple of my meets at this point and it’s honestly amazing. The team might make fun of me but it seriously helps me calm down a lot as an anxious person ❤

What I love about your 10 min meditation videos are the moments you are just quiet and let us be still and listen to the music, our thoughts, our God and then you start to guide us back. Love it!

I suffer from depression and anxiety and quieting the mind and becoming present is very difficult for me. I had a little trouble staying focused but the potential of this guided meditation is very apparent. The clear instructions and voice of the person in the recording made it easy to follow and plan on adding this meditation to my watch list from this day forward. Great meditation this morning. I needed to re-center. Life keeps spiraling. Re-centering is a blessing. A much needed escape from daily stress. It's kinda sad that meditation is short and temporary. Every little bit helps. 🥰🧡💜

This was wonderful <3 I have ADHD, so it can be hard to not have thoughts constantly running through my head when I attempt to meditate, and while I still struggled to hold my thoughts still, it barely felt like 10 minutes! I was surprised when it ended. Thank you, this was nice :)
