Is it meant to 3 times each one of the exercises for 30 days?

I have a few doubts.

•When would this exercise be appropriate?
•Should I do it on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after the meal?
•For a fat body, should I do only the first 6 exercises or the entire thing?
• Is your leg supposed to hurt like it'll snap in half with doing the exercise?

I've got these doubts because of some pre-existing doubts, doubts acquired during the exercise, and the comments of this video.

I know the 3 set's aren't enough, but I'll increase set's per week.
Please if you have any diet for cheapest, im pure vegetarian don't eat eggs, give me cheapest diet for weight lose Currently im using this diet morning any one fruit with 1 cup coffee, afternoon 1 bread slice with penut butter or with vegetables and 1 cup coffee, night sometimes i eat vegetables soup or our classics salads.
