Weight - 44
Day 1 - Did each for 60 times, legs hurt
I am gonna update every day after do all exercises so please like this button to remind me
Day 2 I did their was a small difference my waist was kinda thin
Day 3 - it was hurting really bad I still did not any difference
Day 4 - ❌
Day 5 - forgot no one liked my comment so yeah
Day 6 - did, I lost 1.5 kg

Day 1 Just starting
Day 2 no differents, but ill drink hella water
Day 3 feeling a little bit of pain and seeing very small progress

I am 12 years old and my weight is 63kg:D Hopefully this will make me lose more some weight(I used to be 77kg at the age of 10 but I slimed down my waist and and I lost 14kg)

Now I am 56kg at age of 13 l will give updates when I will try these exercises (⁠•⁠‿⁠•⁠)
Day1: I do 15 times in 3 set for faster result you can do it 30 times in 3 sets .I felt little pain on my back and shoulder I think it's work

Day2:today l went for jogging my legs were hurting still I did 1set of 15 times only the 5th exercise Iwill try to do it in evening ✨

Day3:rest due to some programs in school

Day4: I walked 1km and did exercise Forgot to tell I only do the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th everyday

Day5:I walked 1.3km and did the exercise+bicycle crunches if you want than you can do it 。⁠◕⁠‿⁠◕⁠。
Day6 :done ✅
Day 7 :done ✅
Still my weight is same (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠)
Update;my weight is now 53 kg without exercise by listening to subliminal (⁠◕⁠ᴗ⁠◕⁠✿⁠)
