Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Tip: If you feel more strain in your neck, that means you’re not engaging your core. Really focus on using your ab muscles instead of your neck or back to compensate for the pain or engagement with your abs! Keeping your lower body flat will help. I hope I explained it well lol

guys I just wanna say I’ve been doing this workout and another one of hers for about a month every single day and I’m down 14 pounds and 4 inches on my waist. I started at 133 and now I’m at 119!!! so so so happy edit: Im now 115💪🏼 reached my goal✨

Thank you so much for the comments and likes. Ngl, I'm very proud of myself. It wasn't easy, but it was also not as hard as I thought it would be. Regarding the results, I'm more than pleased. Not only I have a flatter, less fat stomach but I also have the first three lines of abs well drawn. I was in a pretty good shape to begin with, but now my waist is definetely more snatched and defined, I have lost some fat around the hips area as well.
I'm super happy and proud.
I will continue this exercise, I will keep editing this comment to let you guys know if I get some more results even. I need to work on my thighs now, and you will find an other one of my comments under one of Chloe Ting's slimmer thigh workout, where I'll let people know how efficient her workout will be. If you have any advice, question, anything, ask me :) I hope you all have a great day

I know no one will likely see this but I just want to say that I’ve been super self conscious of my weight lately as I’ve been on the line between average and overweight and it was hard but recently I’ve started trying to moderate portion sized as well as eat an 80% whole and fiber rich diet. On top of trying to do 2 of Lilly’s workouts a day 6 days a week. (Without repeating any workouts) so that things stay fresh and new and fun. (I’ve also been occasionally going on walks to the gym with my bestie) So far I’ve only done this for almost a week but I’ve already noticed improvements in my body. I haven’t necessarily lost a significant amount of weight just yet. I usually fluctuate between 141 and 138lbs but recently weighed 136. But I’ve noticed that my stomach has become leaner and Lilly’s workouts are becoming easier as I go and I no longer have to take as many breaks. My ab lines believe it or not are just barely barely barely starting to show and it makes a big improvement in my confidence just knowing that I’m taking care of my body. Thank you Lilly and I hope everyone who may read this has an amazing fitness journey and knows they are beautiful no matter what. Good luck and consistency is key! Love you all! ❤️‍🔥

Day 3: ☑️ damn, i still can't hold my head/neck 100% 😭 it's painful but i won't give up!
Day 4: ☑️ i can hold my head a little bit longer now and i feel the intense burn!
Day 5: ☑️ i see results already! My lower belly starts to flaten. And i see my curves!
Day 6: REST DAY! I just want to update you with my results.

I started at 57 kg and 28.5 in waist. Now I am 54.3 and 26.6 in waist. And my ABS are beginning to show definition. Thank you

Another inch gone.. Think i been doing this about 18 days now but started off with her 8 minute ab workouts. Lost 5 inches from my lower abdominal region. Come on ladies. Its hard but the results are phenomenonal. Some days are easier than others. Today was hard for some reason but got through it. Its just 10 mins of ur life!

***DAILY UPDATES***
I want to start off by saying I have exercise induced asthma, and I find it difficult to feel like I have had a great workout, because I have to stop and reach for my inhaler, and feel totally wiped out. I have yet to feel this way with the videos I have tried. If I can do it, I know you can do it!

DAY 1: it burns! I am sweating! But I feel amazing. I just finished her "Lose Fat in 7 days (belly, waist &abs)" video THIS morning, so doing another in the afternoon...🥵🔥!

Day 2: not as bad as yesterday, but it is still tough; I am on the verge of sweating, and I am pretty warm. My core is feeling great, though!

Day 3: it was tough to complete. My core is burning through almost every movement! (Doing this at 5am probably doesn't help, though) lol

Day 4: I am feeling the burn! My abs are on fire! I am starting to see an ab crack at the top of my stomach! It's subtle, but it's there.

Day 5: it was slightly easier. I am definitely seeing improvement, and it makes me so excited!

Day 6: about the same as yesterday; it isn't quite as hard, but you feel it!

Day 7: YAY! Half way there! I am feeling amazing, the workout is slowly getting easier, but it still burns. I lost a 3/4 of an inch around my waist, and a 1/2 inch around my lower belly! And I still have 7 days to go!

Day 8: surprisingly, it wasn't that hard to do today.

Day 9: getting a bit easier, but I still feel a burn.

Day 10: same

Day 11: feelin' good

Day 12: I feel amazing!

Day 13: only one day to go! I am thrilled with my results!

Day 14: this has been amazing! I would highly recommend this waist burner!
