The aim is to be in the present moment.

Mindfulness is about being in the present moment, and being aware, and accepting, without any judgment, any thoughts or feelings or physical sensations just as they are.

Mindfulness can help in many different areas. For example, it can help to:

- improve mood,
- reduced stress,
- reduce anxiety,
- improve sleep,
- help deal with unwanted thoughts,
- feel calmer,
- be more focused,
- and it is useful in several other areas too.

Mindfulness meditation can help you improve your enjoyment of life.

It can lead to a healthier and happier life.

You can use this mindfulness meditation as often as you want to. Perhaps using it first thing in the morning, or last thing at night, or whenever there is a convenient time for a 10 minute break in your day.

It can also be useful at times when you are stressed or tired or there are negative thoughts going around in your mind, perhaps at those times, try using this 10 minute mindfulness meditation, and afterwards hopefully you will feel better, and more relaxed, and calm, and focused, and be more in this present moment.

In general, the more you practice mindfulness, the more benefit you will receive from it.

I've been listening to your meditation/hypnosis videos for almost 5 years now and they've really helped me. Good to see you back at it Paul! Keep it up :)

My only request is if you can make some slightly longer versions, say 15-16 minutes? I find that length is perfect for me. :)

I wish they made meditation videos for people with breathing problems. Whenever I focus on my breathing without my breathing machine on it really disrupts the flow of my breath and it really starts to hurt. I just decided to focus on the background noise of my air-conditioner instead, and that was more helpful.

Outstanding beautiful work on this mediation! It seriously helped me cleared my mind of the stress I had today and lowered my tension. Though for future meditations, you should probably invest on doing some mediations regarding about focusing and how to achieve your goals in life without any things that hold you back. Just a little idea. :)

The meditation was great but the add breaks were incredibly jarring and disruptive. I know you have to pay the bills, but the system just doesn't work for this kind of content.
