Something about your flow and your calm gentle nature as a guide is just so perfect for me. Often when I’m not feeling well I don’t want to move at all. Including just basic stretches. And a flow like this is so perfect because it’s a very easy way to remind your body that movement feels good again. Thank you so much for continuing to do these, and sharing with us
