I am a 56 year old male who still enjoys soccer, tennis and cycling. These videos are great for my interval low impact, stretching and toning workout days. One of those days is today, and this my third yogainmelbourne lesson in a row today. Thank you Paula and Mischa for making my life better!

Great flow Paula, this is my go to when my si joint flares and I am limited in my practice. I get the necessary stretches and still feel like I am getting my yoga fix! Thank you and namaste
