This teaches me that a good workout doesn't have to be panting breath, rushed, and aching muscles. I feel the burn, yet in steady flow and 16 minutes feels so short compared to the usual workout I've been doing. Thank you Sarah Beth, I don't think you know how many life you're changing for good. I only started doing yoga at the beginning of quarantine, 15-20min daily, and I'm so glad I did - I'm feeling stronger and more confident in my body. It's a long way for me to call myself flexible but I see improvement😏. I absolutely love your channel and this practice is one of my favourites❤
