I really like the shorter 15-20 minute flows. My life is...complicated...right now. I really NEED to do yoga, but it's hard to find time for 30+ minutes. This was really lovely. Thank you.

For some reason that I still don’t know I stopped doing yoga for more than a year.
These 15-20 minutes videos are perfect to make a rebound
I’ve been following you for years now and I’ll always come back to you. Best yoga teacher ever

Yes, yes, yes please to more shorter videos. This gives us the opportunity to do some yoga every day rather than none and this one was special with the twist and knee up that was a great balance test! Brilliant as always Tim. Namaste.

Hey Tim, I have to agree with many of the comments. Having a shorter flow was just right. The twists focus with balance work and hip opening at the end was just right. I’ll save this video for mornings when I’ve got limited practice time. A few more would be lovely. Thank you for all you do!!

This was a really nice class, one of my favourites of your shorter classes. However I would also really appreciate a short class, with less but longer poses and more focus on breath. Poses still could be challenging, but there would be more time to breath through them. Sometimes we just need to slow down even though we don’t have too much time. Would you be so kind to make one day such a class? Thank you very much for all your effort, positivity and helpful classes, Tim! :)

I love the shorter workout!! I don’t usually have 30 minutes for yoga so 10-15 minutes is perfect for me to do before work!

I'm adding another comment just to say how great it is to have this flow to call up in the morning. Its been a godsend especially this week during these busy times when you really want to fit in some yoga but there is so much to do!! Thank you Tim for posting this, its been just perfect and I've done it almost every day :)
