Love these workouts, thank you so much. I love doing ab workouts but it’s so hard to find a workout with advanced moves and keep me challenged, but yours do and they are fun.

I started a few days after so I'm on day 3 when you did day 5 but I'm loving it! Why are you in Tokyo? I'm currently living in Okinawa. 10/10 recommended making your way down here to the island while you're out this way!
