Who's in for an Abs in 30 Days Challenge. We're going to be working into all layers of the core muscles with a 5 minute home workout every single day, for 30 Days!
It's only 5 minutes and you don't even need any equipment. Everyone can fit 5 minutes into their day, so what are you waiting for. Let's work into a flat toned stomach and burn that core.

Love this challenge! I am on DAY 16! To be honest, I haven't been consistent, taking days off from exercising or due to traveling so I should be further along in the 30 days but I am determined to finish since I'm feeling my core get stronger every time I do one of these quick workouts!
