1000 rep ab & core challenge! A perfect workout as a challenge to work through at your own pace! The abdominal muscles and core will be challenged!

Each exercise is performed for 50 reps! Where we perform on one side, we will do 25 reps and switch to opposite side for other 25 reps!

All you will need for this workout is approximately 30 minutes and your mat!

Reverse crunch
Leg lower to tuck in
Crunch to knee reach
Sit ups
Straight leg scissors
Toe taps
Bicycles
Table top sweeps
Sit up reach one side (switch at 25)
Plank rolls
Plank hip twists
On hands tuck
On elbows tuck to extend
Heel reaches
Alternating hand to foot hover
Cross elbow to knee crunch (switch at 25 reps)
Close tuck
Plank march
Mountain climbers
Table top crunch to hand clasp

You will notice some of the exercises can be performed at a slightly faster pace, whilst others require a slower pace!

If you finish the 50 reps per exercise before me, simply enjoy a break! If you take longer of course you can either join me in next exercise having already done just shy of 50 reps or continue to complete your 50 reps! It is completely up to you!

A high rep challenge every once in a while is fun!

I was going to give up after 750 reps but then i saw that so many others had finished it after the HIIT session too that i had to complete it!! Thanks team and as always thanks to Caroline for everything you do!!!! 💚

Wondering if you could do an ab work out with more weights, this workout was great but I think my muscles have adjusted to my own body weights intensity core workouts so I need A new challenge to really get sore again!

I am liking the 1000 rep idea, never gave it much attention before. I do ABS every day and i feel the burn more doing large reps. Again thanks so much for your videos. Your my go to for home workouts. Well defined and to the point Tips as well. Keep the videos coming please!
