Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we loose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following

If you’re looking for motivation: ive been doing this workout along with a small waist&fat burn workout video for 3 weeks and so far have lost 4cm off my stomach and some cm from my waist!! Dont give up !!

Ok so I am going update you all cause I need motivation and cause I am also the kind person who goes through the comments so see if people get results . I will update everyday for a week.
Day 1: It was kind of hard but I also had a problem since I didn’t know the excercises so I had to keep on checking my ipad.
Day 2: It was hard but it will easier tomorrow
Day 3: It was easier today. I am not seeing results till now but it’s too soon so ya.
Day 4: I did it. It is getting easier. Also if u wondering. I am mostly eating healthy but like somethings might be healthy but like contain too much sugar and I eat them more than I should. If u get what I mean like eating too much peanuts butter or mangoes or bananas
Day 5: Rest day
Day 6: getting easier but can’t really see results yet.

I'll be doing this workout along with her 5 minutes lose lower belly fat!!
Starting Measurements:
Weight: 126.7
Stomach: 32 inches 80cm
Waist: 32in and 81.5cm
WEEK 1
Day 1: This one was so painful I had to take a few breaks but I can definitely feel that it's working!!
Day 2: I was very sore from day 1 I had to take a few breaks and it hurt sooo much but I could see a huge improvement in only 2 days!!:)
Day 3: I didn't take any breaks today but I could definitely feel the burn in my abs:)
Day 4: Today burned a LOT but I kept going.

On day 9 and I'm noticing the difference! Normal portions and less snacking and this challenge with some squats and sit ups after and I'm noticing the difference! Love these workouts!
