this is the only workout that makes me completely love the burn that comes with working out. i’ve been doing this once a day along with other work outs for a few days now. gonna start doing it twice a day! (once in the morning once in the evening) no pain no gain !

Just finished the 28 day ab workout. When I started these exercises were a lot more challenging now they are doable. I am stronger and getting stronger every workout. Thanks Emi! Thanks to my virtual workout buddies! With out your inspiration I could not do it!

Started today after doing cardio. Wasn't able to complete it, will increase my time little by little.
Day 1: did around 6mins, then my legs began to crumble down.
Day 2: did 20 mins of groww with jo, then 14mins of this.

Sorry couldn't keep you posted had periods but guess what I have been working out everyday, I can see such a difference also i feel so good and confident about it

For the past two weeks I have been following ur ab workouts and I went from 26 to 25". 1st week it was difficult to do most of them plus I had my period anyway now am definitely doing better and adding more cardio and challenges. Hopefully I can stay motivated
