How long did you work abs prior? You’re not going to lose years of hard earned fitness in 4 weeks.

Your abs aren’t gonna die within 30 days bro

that’s why there’s a difference between visibles abs and usable abs. The visibles are made in the kitchen as they says but the usable are made by doing exercices

Having useable abs and just having visual abs is a BIG difference

At the start: The results were shocking!
At the end: I recorded no difference

U indirectly train abs doing other exercises like squats so u aren’t gonna lose them, they’re still being trained

I've lost 80 lbs since December 2022 70 this year. It's all with calorie restriction. I biked 4 miles on a flat trail a day. I pedaled harder ever other time. It's amazing what your body will do when you restrict your diet. Love yourself. Anyone can do it. I'm 155lb 5'8 man :-) Believe in yourself

Exercising your Abs give you stability and prevents lower back pain, even if it’s not the most important muscle to work, the mere fact it prevents back pain by engaging my core is enough for me to do them.

Once you get abs, they never leave. I was 300lbs in high school. Worked out, got down to 206 by the time I was 20 and could see 4 or 6 of my abs (depending on the time and day) and a hint of obliques.. By the time I was 33, I was back 300lbs but I can still see my top 2 abs, and can still count them under my fat belly. They are still well defined, but covered. Abs never go away once you build them because you are constantly using them without even knowing.

Your abs are trained automatically in most weightlifting exercises, especially when standing up. Generally doing around 12 sets of isolated ab workouts per weeks is beneficial.

Having a strong core should be the main reason for doing abs not just for the look. We use our core on most of our exercises without even realizing

So here’s the thing. If you want to see abs, eat well and have a low body fat percentage. If you want strong abs, do ab exercises. If you want both, do both.

Started training in 2013, last time I trained abs was in 2015 … i still have them shaped and visible exactly like 8 years ago … once you build them and keep a low body fat they’ll remain there.

"Your abs are build in the gym and they're revealed in the kitchen" - Hamza

Yes, the muscles are there, but if you want them to also get bigger, you need to train them.

For example. Your abs will look way bigger after a clean bulk and then cutting, because yes, you are perhaps as lean, but now the abs are bigger.

It's been 10 years and I still have visible abs.I lost my biceps, chest muscles but my abs are still there. They never go away.Even if you gain a large amount of fat, they'll still be there underneath.

People don't understand that almost every exercise trains Ur abs
Literally everything does
Even walking does
Other than isolation excerices, every excerices will train Ur abs
That's why people say there is no point isolating them and training them; they are probably already there if you've been building muscle elsewhere
All that matters is bodyfat%
