Hope you all enjoyed this sculpt class! I have to apologize for the audio. I unfortunately didn't have my mic plugged all the way into my mic pack which is why it might sound a little off 🥲 I realized after the fact and this class was way too difficult to refilm 🤣 SO please just bare with the audio for this class!

first i saw the video and did not even realize, then i went back and checked again and saw its a new madfit video.. literally jumped out the chair, my sister and mom were like “did madfi-“ they literally knew right away why im so enthusiastic- i can not explain how much joy i experience when you post a new workout bc u somehow literally always post just the thing i am looking for at the moment. Not only are your workouts amazingly structured, you also provide us with proper exercise instructions and best thing youre such a positive human with such a sweet soul and i have so much respect for you and admire your work as well as how far you’ve came with mental and physical health❤You always make sure we dont feel left out youre like the big sister type of person really, i worship that you wish to encourage people to move their bodies and make this life better. These dancer inspired videos are my absolute favorite and also (IMO) the hardest workout videos you have. Even though you aren't using weights, you're having to use strength, balance, and mobility and it requires laser focus to keep integrity in your body throughout the sets. I absolutely LOVE these. Please please please more dancer inspired videos!!!! <3

OMG I'm drenched in sweat! I love.your dancer inspired workouts, they are relaxing and hard at the same time, you have to stay focused all along. A mind/body workout 😊

I absolutely loved the structure of this one❤ The reverse lunge at the beginning was quite a burn. Also realized that if I'm mindful of the mind to muscle connection and positions of all the body parts, it gets way more intense and I really struggle to push through

Absolutely loved this! Standing balance work—yay!🩰 Getting the legs from all angles..including inner thighs…greatly appreciated. For those like me who struggle with tilting into the supporting hip during fire hydrants, etc.: a teacher taught me to put an upright block next to the leg—that way, if you are leaning into that hip, the block will fall. Thank you so much, Maddie!❤❤ More, please!

O . M . G. 😊 this is goood! I love these ballerina toning and strenght videos. Also stretch and toning workout are so relaxing and intense at the same time. Madfit you make my day everyday since 2020.
