YAY Maddie. I LOVE these 30 min dancer and dancer leg workouts. I have come back to this particular video so many times over the last 8 months. You’re the absolute all over BEST fitness YouTuber. I love your gentle, kind, sweet nature - I’m not into those agro, loud noise, heaps of loud cheering, loud music and more than 1 (or 2 people max) classes (PopSugar Fitness scares the HECK out of me) You have been a literal life saver as I recover from long Covid, de*th of a loved one and as I recover from neck surgery. I was a ballet dancer my whole life until I went to college, and havent been able to find workouts I truly enjoy since. Your workouts are bringing me back to those ballet days and im loving it! Starting to really enjoy working out again. Keep up the dancer workout videos!

This was very difficult (for me at least lol) I had to pause and take a couple breaks throughout but I made it through!! Mad respect for dancers man! Such a great workout I'm sweaty from head to toe!!

I am a pretty physically fit person who moves my body daily. I have a tall, muscular build. I have done this video twice now and I am hooked. What I appreciate most is how it strengthens my back (my upper back is very tight). And it makes me more aware of my posture throughout the day. Thank you!
