This is a great diet workout as it doesn't require a lot of energy to perform, but still burns calories and will help you increase your caloric deficit.

Finally I found what I've been looking for in a workout that's easier but still gets me sweating and gladly off the couch. I did my 1st day today and look forward to doing this again and trying some of your other workouts. I'm in my sixties, and if I can do this, others can too. Even if you do a little at a time and rest, it's better than not. Very well put together and coordinated. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❣️
