I love all of your videos. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that you just focus on the exercise, and making sure it feels good. There are so many channels that talk about changing parts of your body and "getting beach ready" or a bunch of extra videos of "what I eat" and "my weight loss journey" and I can't deal with it after awhile. Your channel is way better for my physical AND mental health! <3

I love this workout so much! The dancer opening is casual and elegant, and then the abs and leg parts are really challenging. The whole pace and tempo are beautifully designed! Thank you!

Not my kinda workout but watched anyway; how you never come close to losing your balance even slightly is mind boggling ! The self awareness and body control is seriously amazing. So symmetric its beautiful. Love your channel young lady.

Nicole, now you are ahead of me. I do each of your classes for a week and then switch to a new class. I was worried that I may have to go back to what I have already done. But now I have to keep up with you. 30-minute class is perfect. Thank you!

I love this so much! I always wanted a dancer's body, and after doing pilates reformer for two years, I finally got it! But now that the studio is closed, I don't have the machine with me, so finding your channel has been so amazing for getting me back where I was. Also congrats on the new place!
