wow i woke up early to study more for a huge exam but then i realized that it's not the information i cram into my brain, but my mentality going into the exam. 12 minutes changed my whole perspective on my test and now I feel like i'm ready to conquer the world!

In efforts to soak up all the benefits of yoga for your brain, that you so deserve, I believe it really is more important that you are able to practice regularly by doing what you can, when you can, rather than knocking out a 90 min sweat or sculpt weekly.

The rest week during the Renew calendar marked my 365 days streak along with you, without missing any single day.

Today is sort of special too since it's my birthday 🎉 and showing up to the mat today, was my gift from me to me, and hopefully, I'll always show up for myself as long as I breathe. You have no idea how grateful I am that I crossed paths with your videos, and I think I can speak on behalf of the lovely YWA community when I say, thank you for existing, and for everything that you do for us.
Reading everyone else's comments and journey is also part of it, and I feel so grateful.

I loved that swinging arms exercise - I'll start doing that whenever I'm working but feel sleepy or drained. I think it'll make me feel super alive and awake and ready to take on another task! Thank you, Adriene. Doing your May calendar this month, and I'm loving it so far

Delight day 9🎉 thank you, Adriene, for this practice, my 14 yr old dog joined me for this quick practice today, we both enjoyed it, she liked being chilled like Benji, and taking up most of my mat 🤣 and I enjoyed the yoga, I'd say it was a great practice from both of us. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

Embody Day 14 ✨ I was taking a little break to let myself release tension in its own way instead of pushing things through, and this practice is really a suitable one to come back and restart. I feel energized and lighter now.

Yesterday I was tested positive for covid. My body is so weak these couple days that I couldn't show up on our daily journey. Today those 11 minutes was the first opportunity I had to start over again little by little. Our bodies these days need so much more healing and cleansing. Take care of yourselves you beautiful people. Indeed, as Adriene always remind us and it's what I needed to hear right now, a little goes a long way. Namaste. 💗

It's been a rough 6 weeks. My mom lost her battle with CoVid19. I didn't want to do anything, nothing... didn't want to....just unroll your mat, just 12 minutes....you can do 12 minutes. I did 12 minutes. I feel better (as usual). I went on to do my favorite Lower back & hamstrings.So much better. Thankfully. Thank you, Adriene and the entire commuity ~namaste xoxo #staysafe
