Wow that went so quickly! I felt like we just started then I heard the music start running. I love all your yoga practices Adriene, thank you so much for teaching me the wonders of yoga, you have truly Changed my life for the better. When you day hi at the beginning I find myself saying hi Adriene! Then I remember you can't hear me, but I often find myself talking to you, as we practice yoga together. Exhale, March 28, 2024. Oh my gravy. This is the first time in a very long while I have engaged with the wide leg forward fold and stretched enough to touch my head to the floor. And to hold it there for good chunk of time. I have consciously made strides in speaking kindly to myself and my body and days like this feels like a subconscious yet conscious reward and affirmation. I am quite proud of my body for all the wonderful things it does and the healing taking place each day. Very jazzed for the yoga months ahead. Namaste everyone! 😊💙🖤✨

Get To Know, June 12, 2024. Each daily yoga practice is a welcome flow. I needed a mini stretch today. Body is still sensitive and tight from last weekend's stress from head to toe, but I did what I was able without overexertion. Being kind to myself. 💙
