I teared up. My depression has gotten worse in such a scary way, and this morning has been one of the most difficult mornings in a long time. But I had already changed into my workout/yoga clothes and I didn't want to disappoint, by changing back into my sleepwear. I did my stretching, and then for the first time tried this video cause I wanted to have more energy. At the end of the video, I teared up with what you said. And I felt proud that I could follow along with you.

I have suffering from depression and I watch your videos for relaxation and mindfulness, and it has been especially helpful for back pain. But I was suffering from mental fog also since past 2 weeks, and this yoga sequence really energised me, while doing it I thought that it is intense and won't be useful, but after completion, it feels great, it is very energising and it opened up my mind. Thank you 🌹❤🙏

I did this after I really pushed myself through my workout, this was a really good energizing cool down that maintained my sweat but brought my heart rate low. So grateful for this! And proud of myself for bringing the awareness of presence 💗

I just started yoga with you and have been doing the tension relief vid for 10 mins./day. Since it's Sunday, I decided to complete this one and I was like: why does this feel so intense?! Then I thought: Because you chose 'energizing' yoga. lol. Thanks Bird :)
