I just looked back at my first comment and I have been doing this 10 min flow in the mornings as a non negotiable for almost 3 years!!! I know it my heart but still love going through it with Shona. Great way to start the day and ensure no matter what you get a little bit of movement in

This is one of the best 10 minute yoga videos ever. I always leave feeling loose, and like all the most important stiff spots have started working their way out. I love doing this video prior to any other yoga video as a warm up (because most don’t hit like this does!). 15/10 stars.

I have been doing this for a month, seen improvement in flexibility but mostly seen a huge improvement in my back and neck tension, which was clearly contributing to headaches, and now they are far less frequent. Thank you for offering a quick practice. It’s a small win everyday for a busy mom, and the help with the headaches is a life-saver.

I love this morning stretch! Been doing it for a number of years with on/off consistency (life happens!)

I find the pacing just right for me and the stretches are comprehensive. I find myself coming back to this video every time my office desk body aches, and it’s truly a reminder that a 10min daily practice really does wonders for your mobility.

I often get so sleepy after lunch, which just affects my mood and work for the rest of the day. I just did this 20 minutes after eating to help rejuvenate me and it really worked! I'm so much more energized to face the second half of the workday. No afternoon slump! Thank you for this!

I honestly never really believed in yoga but after just this quick 10min stretch I can *feel* my whole body relax and become more energized. Great for the morning and maybe even in the middle of the day when you need a little pick me up!

30-Day observation: I've done this stretch video as a part of my new morning routine for 30 of the last 40 days or so. I used to wake up so sore physically "bleh" and also realized I was losing some range of motion in general (thank you 30s). I decided to look specifically for a quick and effective way to use and wake up all of my muscles groups in the am. Not only have the exercises made me a lot more limber and fluid, I think the combination of deep breaths in every sequence has made me more alert, awake and ready to take on the day after this short video! Thank you Shona! So glad I found you :)

I’ve started doing this everyday during my 14 day isolation! The first few times I had sooo much tension doing the forward folds and chin tucks, now I have hardly any! I wouldn’t even consider myself sedentary / inflexible, but to begin with I could barely get into the seated position at the end to do the side stretches, now everyday it’s getting easier and I’m getting more flexible. Will continue to do this for the foreseeable future, I love it!
