In this 10 minute flow, I'll guide you through:

- a gentle tapping over the thymus gland to strengthen the immune system
- Poses that target the main areas where the lymph nodes are: throat/neck (neck stretches), arm pits (shoulder stretches) and in the groin area (hip openers/stretches)

Following this video yesterday and today. Feeling better. I subscribed and am excited to try more videos. I enjoy the fact they seem to be 12-15min. Life can get terribly busy at times and it feels doable to fit these small videos in to care for my body. Thank you!
