If your neck feels tight, sore, or painful - these 4 stretches can help it feel better immediately!

The key to optimally stretching our necks and relieving tension is understanding that our neck moves in 3 primary directions. We have muscles that move our neck forward and backward, side to side, and also rotate left and right.

If we can focus our stretching on each of these groups and in each one of these motions, tension and pain can disappear and you can feel better fast!

These are the same exercises I give to patients every day in my physical therapy clinic. I know they are super effective and I hope you get some great pain relief from them.

**SIDE NOTE - This is the actually the “quick version” of each of this stretching routine. Ideally I recommend you run through this video twice a day in order to receive maximum benefit.

Thanks for the quick and simple exercises for those who don’t have time to be all extra after work because we have too many responsibilities. Please post more that can be done without doing or having anything special that we can do no matter where we are, especially back tightness and pain. God bless!
