Показать описание
Dr. Rowe shows how to instantly loosen and relieve a stiff, achy neck.

This is especially good for people that can't bend, turn, or move their neck without sharp or severe pain (think waking up with a kink in the neck after sleeping badly).

To make it easy, the video will be broken up into different movements so you can quickly target the ones that you need the most.

All of the exercises can be done at home, require no special equipment, and may help relieve a stiff neck within 30 seconds.

Let us know which exercise worked best for you!

I don't normally attempt work on my car at 75 years old and with neck osteoarthritis. This weekend I tried to fix something that required me to work in a really uncomfortable position under a wheel arch. After a month of following these exercises I had a go and managed to do the job. Am I pleased! Thank you Dr Rowe.

I am at my cabin in Northern Minnesota where there is no electricity. My neck and traps are so painful that I can’t sleep. My supplies are very limited. But I was desperate, so found a spot for WiFi and found your video. It has helped! Thank you so much. Julia

Thanks - the trick with the towel (11.33) is super useful thank you. I've had upper back and neck pain for 35 years but still learning!

After being in severe pain for almost two weeks, I came across and followed Dr Rowe's "spoon massage technique" to the back of the neck (from another previous video)....it helped out and I was pain free within a few days. Thank You... Love from South Africa

I have scoliosis and cervical kyphosis and neck pain is common enough, but when I strain a muscle in my sleep, like I did a day ago...I just keep my neck active and wait for it to resolve. These exercises just eliminated the wait time. Thank you!

I have elevated blood pressure, which often manifests in constant head/neck pain on the right side. These techniques are really useful.

Dr Rowe, thanks so much. Every problem I have had, your solutions have fixed. My neck wouldn't turn to the left very far without pain and stiffness. That can be dangerous while crossing an intersection where there is no traffic light. You have to be able to look both ways to be safe. We just visited Ireland and between the narrow streets, driving on the left, and plant obstructed views in the country, I wouldn't have survived without your techniques. There is such a gap between general practioners and chiropractors. Drugs or dangerous manipulations. I knew there had to be another answer. Thanks so much!

I did the towel rotational stretches today, during lunch. This method is my favorite, and I am so grateful to have learned this from you!

Recently transitioned to a career path that involves much more time at the desk. So glad I found this channel. I found the 'armpit sniffer' especially helpful for the neck stiffness i was having.
