I'm Nancy Vargas, 81 and loving your videos. I use them every day as my health is so important at my age. I'm fairly agile and also work out at the gym twice a week I had a brain bleed which led to a stroke. I so appreciate you- I have been doing a combo of your ab exercises for one week and I can already see a difference in my abs but also how I feel! I am 75 and these are challenging but by the end of the first week I am keeping up and feeling great.

I'm 63, thin and have COPD, need to tone, I was completely out of breath and had to sit down multiple times but I'm proud of myself. Thank you so much teaching these wonderful over 50+ exercises. I feel terrific now that I've caught my breath. ! I'm getting Summer ready!

At almost 67 years of age, I have spent the last year plus losing weight and doing moderate cardio. Loving your videos as they are a challenge while also being “doable”.
