I liked the original NSDR from Virtusan with Andrew Huberman, but found it too fast and not long enough. I slowed the original down, made the breaks longer and repeated the breathing exercises a few times more!

Hey Huberman, as I understood from everything you said in your podcast, NSDR allows you to relax and recharge because you move from thinking-doing to sensing-sensation. Well, if that’s the case, this session is a little bit rare in the sense that you ask us to visualize, to spotlight, to see this or that part of the body illuminated. Doing that I don’t get to pay attention to what I’m sensing in different parts of my body but I start to create mental images and again I’m back to thinking mode instead of sensing mode. The end of the session is really abrupt, I just noticed it was the end some minutes later but until then I was waiting for you to say something before closing it.

This was excellent... thank you! I did follow to the end and move toes, ankles and so forth and feel very refreshed. Although, I can't say the same for my dogs, they are out cold and snoring 🤣🤣🤣

There is a woman at my place of employment whom happens to bring into one of my safe havens regularly brings In her best friend named Negativity when you least expect it
Recently l received a cpl of abusive language, each time l hand it back to her as l continue my shift and go into a zone for that little extra security so l can maintain my jovial and vibrant balance
I do not give this woman anything to feed off no matter how big her empty bowel is
It's a nuisance, but l am grateful that l face you to guide me through the 10 mins

Appreciate this, it's a great meditation. Wonder if this would also count as a body scan meditation (trying to bundle the two to save time LOL)

This is a good version, thanks! I love Andrew's voice but the shorter version had an ad break, which kind of defeats the object.

Curious if he's ever studied meridian tapping. I thought it was bunk but apparently there's some promise there and it would be cool to understand the true mechanism of action; even if pure placebo
