Use this Non Sleep Deep Rest | NSDR | 15 minute Yoga Nidra anytime you want to cultivate ease and reset your whole system, but are short on time. During this guided meditation, your body will be guided to deeply relax whilst you keep your mind awake and aware. This NSDR meditation can also be used as a morning meditation and for stress relief. It uses binaural beats, so it's most effective listening with headphones.

Championed by Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Dr Andrew Huberman, NSDR induces complete relaxation on all levels of your being. This short NSDR meditation is designed to calm and soothe the nervous system, untangle stress from the body and reduce anxiety. Expect to emerge from this 10 minute yogic sleep meditation feeling relaxed and refreshed.

This guided meditation includes a body scan meditation and breathwork. It incorporates the transformational sleep system I’ve learned as a student with Ally Boothroyd of Sarovara Yoga.

Hi Rosalie! I’ve really been enjoying your content and how soothing and reassuring your voice is in all your guided meditations. I’ve recently noticed that each time I try yoga nidra, my body jerks quite violently. The sensation usually feels like it’s coming from my heart area and my chest will often rise and feel almost like it’s vibrating. Any explanation or guidance on how to manage this?
