This was perfect, I’m looking for things to help with my left leg. I had someone help me do the Faber test and my left leg was significantly higher. I’m trying to find the right stretches to help. Working on getting my squat deeper and adjusting my stance has been a game changer

This looks like it could be helpful in warning up for martial arts class. Kicking mobility for drills and sparring, deep horse stance, and many more movements and techniques that can be restricted without proper stretching, warmup, and strength training.
I’m a female martial arts student at the highest level before black belt. I’m always looking for stuff like this to help improve my performance and prevent injury with proper prep.

From this I learned my left hip struggles with internal rotation and my right hip struggles with external rotation. This has resulted in my squat looking slanted more towards the right side. Ive been doing the other exercises for bad knee pain but unfortunately my left knee pain has gotten worse but my right knee pain improved. I'm hopeful dealing with the hip mobility will finally be the cure all for my knee pain! You've been very helpful with all your informative videos, thank you for sharing! Why the body gotta be so complicated

Man, happen to me this morning. Feel like lower back pain because train leg yesterday. But as the day goes i feel like my hips is the one causing the pain. Trying the internal rotation exercise. Significantly reduce the pain. Works like a charm. Thank you sir.

I have a weak glute medius on my left side causing the left groin to tighten. I have been doing the airplane and are seeing better result for my hip external rotation but the internal rotator is still dominating my movement.

The squat looks like it requires hip external rotation so I’m curious as to why hip internal rotation is needed to have a good squat.
