I'm 64 years old and incorporated all the mobility stability exercises. This is the best I felt in 30 years. First time ever I can squat barefooted to the floor. Workout 5 days a week and tennis twice a week, singles mind you. Knees feel great. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Why is this something I can just imagine randomly seeing in the gym? Like imagine turning around and he is just behind you descending into the squat asking you if you need help opening your hips.
Sorry I can't stop thinking about that now. Great video though.

I'm not too familiar with kettlebells, but I finally bought a 50 lb kettlebell. It's roughly the same size as the blue one in the video. I've seen so many people lifting those kettlebells so easily, I had a complex. Now I'm relieved to see it's just 12 kg.

I think the 3rd one is called Pigeon Pose in yoga. Very good for sore legs.

Sometimes opening external rotation is strengthening internal rotation. Reverse Clamshells instead of Regular Clamshells

All the videos are about external. Some people have problems with internal rotation

I felt a very sharp pain in my right hip when i tried to see how far down my knee would go.... it doesn't feel like a good stretch, i just hit a wall of pain.

The single leg downward dog with a bent knee will loosen hips and many times reward you with a satisfying crack. Feels so good and will improve hip flexibility fast.

Hi @SquatUniversity can you show how to get better upper shoulder mobility holding the bar when squatting. I cannot figure out why I always get shoulder knots when squatting. I can actually feel them knotting up half way through a squat set.
