this helps with period cramps thank you plus it burns calories
im diabetic and cant do hard exercise without extra food, so something light like this that won't tire me out is wonderful

I like this video but can you please change the commercial settings you have? Having 2 commericals in the middle of stretching is very annoying. Can u try to see if u can change to no commericals or commericals in the beginning. Please and Thank you!
