You are correct. I recommend you do this routine after your workouts or at a separate time of the day. Search "HASfit Dynamic Warm Up" for our warm up routine before you workout.

Your workouts are really good, and it's great that you don't assume (like other workout videos) that everybody is as able as you are. Your motivational quotes are also really good and inspiring. They also remind me to exercise everyday and to eat cleaner foods. Thank you so much.

I have been performing this stretch routine for the past 4 months after every one of my runs and thanks to you, I finished last Friday the full marathon in Jerusalem in under 4 hours. Thank you so much !!!

Been doing this for 4 weeks and when to clinic for a checkup doctor told me i grew 2 inches 5'8 to 5'10 i'm glad this works i'm still going to continue doing this.

I am 50 something and out of shape. I used to be the fittest person in school and for most of my young adult life. But for the last 10 years or so I slowly allowed myself to gain more and more weight. I decided I wanted to get God's Sanctuary back into shape but with out extreme workouts. I found your website and love it because there are so many varieties of 15 - 20 min. warm ups, cardio, weights & stretch workouts for every age and shape out there and they are actually fun to do. And I can switch them up so that I don't get bored doing the same workout every day. And I especially like the encouraging and inspirational signs that you post through out the videos; they really do inspire me to take charge of my body. God bless you guys and gals for helping so many of us take our health back! Amen? Woohoo!

Been doing this stretching routine on and off now for over a decade -- the fact that I still gravitate towards the coaching style and motivation-- and the stretches are still effective to keep me limber and avoid injury are quite the testament to the Coach who created it. I work in a very physical field of arborism/landscaping so these stretches have been a God-send! I've probably accounted for close to a thousand views ahahah, Thanks Coach Kozak!

You look barely past your teenage years. You're thinner then, more muscled now? Impressive. Who knew you did stretching videos, of course you do. I'm look at the whole series. Good job.
I stumbled on your sciatica videos. I think there's 3. I try to do one weekly. It's nice to switch it up. I didn't know you did solo videos. Pretty good except for background. You could do a green screen and place yourself anywhere. Like on the moon, a beach, on top of the statue of liberty.

I like these stretches I just wish there was a video without all of the explanations. I like the explanations the first few times but then it is just too long of a cool down every single day. I just think a condensed version would be great. Thank you so much for making these videos.
