Trying this everyday for a week!
Day one: Had to take frequent brakes but it’s not too bad!
Day two: I’m not taking as many breaks in between and I can feel the difference after doing it!
Day three: I’m able to do this so easy with little to no breaks, I can definitely feel the difference !
Day four: I feel so much better and stronger I kinda get sore after doing it now but I feel so much better

I have SLE Lupus and decided to try because the doctor says I needed to lose 5-10 pounds before our next visit. Well, after 10 reps, I stopped cause that mess hurts, but I'll be getting back to it tomorrow. Thanks for sharing

You have to combine this with healthy eating and more movement through out the day. 10 minute workouts do not work if you don’t factor in a better life style.

I did the full 10 minutes but I did it in 10 reps of 10, I had to break after 10 reps, I was dripping in sweat (ironically my “exercise room” has no AC) but I feel so much better, I didn’t feel like doing any exercise today

I just want y’all to know that your body is beautiful it’s the way it is all tho It is good to exercise and eat healthy but just make sure that your doing it for the right reason and not for some one else ❤
