The fact that there is no jumping doesn't mean that the heart rate does not go up or that you don't sweat. This is great especially for when time is really an issue. Great workout!

Madfit is indeed the best. I'm on my period and don't have much energy. After finishing this quick 10-min workout I suddenly want to do more 😂
*Edit:* I ended up doing another two 10-min workouts. That's 30minutes today! This is the habit -- just start small and once you're fired up, do more and keep going.

Just completed this, love that it's easy, requires no equipment, and takes into consideration those of us like myself, who live in an apartment and need exercises that don't cause noise to tenants below us. Thank you for this and please post more apartment friendly, zero equipment videos like this, love it!❤

I did it halfway and i did one of the warm up videos at the beginning. Even coming half way through this video is an accomplishment for me bcz i am dealing with depression and high level of anxiety and sleeping so rare nowadays.. did my best to get up from the bed and start..

Started workout after a long break!! Didn’t think this would bring my heart rate up but it did. Gonna continue for the next whole month.
Day 1: Completed with some breaks
Day 2: Completed without breaks

The way I collapsed onto my mat after the plank was something haha. Felt like giving up many times during the workout but I'm glad and proud that I marched through it. Thanks a lot Maddie!

Thank you so much, Maddie! I was doing 2 years of dances, 3 years of pro sports, and gave up after covid and after that I faced anemia & depression. I fully lost my results and shape (I'm still skinny, but my muscles became sooo weak).
I'm doing your workouts for a month now, and I see my shape and strength slowly returns back! I love your upper body & lower body workouts a lot, cardio is still so so challenging for me, but I enjoyed this workout a lot and I'm so motivated and happy now. I will continue.
