Get a Cardio Workout at Home with this 10 minute dance workout (and then continue dancing with more videos on my channel!) This 10 minute workout consists of 3 dance fitness routines, starting with a level 1 intensity warm-up to a level 3 intensity toning routine. It will get your heart rate pumping and work the full body in just 10 minutes. You don't even need equipment!

You can also incorporate it into your Zumba and Dance Fitness Classes! :)

I'm now at my day 4 with this workout and I'm slowly getting the hang of it as compared to my day 1 when I felt like vomiting after due to the intensity. Thank you for this! I hope you get to produce more 10 min dances!

Hey! I'm quite out of shape and have a small space so this works for me. I followed along for the first time today and will try to do this or other of your videos hopefully 5 times a week.
This was difficult since it's been a while for me but I know it will get easier over time.

First time doing this!! I normally do normal Fast-medium Zumba! Now my hearts beating sooo fast! I have to take a break 2 times in 10 mins whereas I don’t take any break in 30 mins Zumba!! I’ve done this my first time and feel 100%more better than zumba! This will be added in my daily routines and will probably replace zumba! 😊😊

ok 4th day in a row! I can't get enough! I can't do the last 2 minutes yet, but man oh man is that some fun stuff and I hate cardio! You rock and the gals with ya are beyond awesome! I am already like, the biggest fan. I feel like I am doing it with you all and it's like a fun activity not a workout. I am sweating my butt off with a huge smile on my face. IDK how you did it, but it's very much appreciated.

That was perfect for this 64 yr old x dancer who has done no exercise in years. I must admit when it came to the squat jumps at the end, I found it difficult to jump and was hoping the end was near. Perfect for me. Thanks. I will follow and see if you have more 10 minute ones as that is about my limit at the moment. My knees are weak so I think theses good for them. Thanks again.
