This yoga class is great for those on their flexibility journey, with tight hips or anyone looking to release hip tension and back pain. Hip opening stretches are a great way to reduce pain and help counteract our daily lifestyle.
These hip stretches may be a bit intense so be sure to utilize props like pillows or yoga blocks when needed. Listen to the body and stop when you meet the stretch, there is never any pressure to enter the full expression of the posture, growth happens when we listen to the body.
This hip opening yoga routine can be done anytime of day however it is best practiced after a long day to promote relaxation, better sleep and back pain relief.

Finally an online yoga platform that doesn’t focus on weight loss but really practicing on connecting to your body. The first channel I’m able to be fully be present in my practice; I’m able to close my eyes and not having too rely on watching a screen.

I did this class and the other 10 minute psoas class together. I feel better after the second class. I had lower back pain after a long hike yesterday. I need to keep practicing even when I don't hurt. :) Thanks.
