Thank you for your 10 min routines discovered on Utube Excellent for me I was a dancer over many years but now 77 yrs old But difficult to get back into it after cancelled classes due to Covid Love the cats x

Love the relaxed pacing of this one and the length is perfect for when I need a little boost in my day but don't have time to commit to a full workout. Would love to see more like this.
