10 min Fun Low Impact Workout for Total Beginners over 50

We can all be fit over 50! This fun, low impact walking workout has been created for total beginners who want to improve health, lower blood sugar and to get healthier. When it's difficult finding time or motivation to exercise, a 10 minute walk at home workout is a great start and it'll often energize you so you'll want to do more. If time is an issue, try to fit in a bunch of short workouts throughout the day. If you're just starting out with exercise, aim to get in a 10 minute workout every day until it becomes a habit. Once you establish a routine, you can add on and do more when you're ready. Total step count today is 1110 steps.

I loved this. I was feeling really tired today but I've done 3 x 10 minute walks and feel so much better. I really wish I had found this channel earlier. Your encouraging smile spurs me on and the music really lifts my mood. I actually look forward to exercising, which I am ashamed to say at nearly 60 is long overdue.

I love the "Every step counts" message at the start of this, I sometimes feel I should push myself harder on days when I'm not feeling so great so end up doing nothing at all! This reminds me that even 10 minutes is so worth doing. Thank you Jules! 🎉❤

I'm over 60 with multiple joint issues. Your videos help me so much! I can wrap my mind around 10 min at a time even though there are moments I want to quit in the middle of doing one of these sessions. I love the motivational sentences towards the end. They made me smile.

*Love* the 15 second intervals! By the time you feel the burn, it's time to go to the next interval. Also really appreciate that it's a total body workout and a short 10 minutes so I can combine it with other workouts. Perfect. Just perfect. More please. Thank you.
