Another awesome workout, did it twice to increase my steps and burn more calories. Could we have either a 5K or 10K Party workout, I challenge you Rick to maybe push us all even further and do a 12.5K walking workout, I’m up for it if you are ❤

Hello! I am so glad to see this. It's been 6 weeks since I had my torn rotator cuff surgery. I am on the road to Healing. I needed to find a light exercise so I won't over work my arm. Thank you Rick for this light moving dance exercise. I can do this over and over again to get my steps in without working the left arm. You are so awesome. You have been a blessing to me in so many ways with your workout before and after my surgery. Keep doing what you do best. God bless
