This 10 minute gentle & easy walk is for viewers who might be afraid of exercising, but want to start, yet aren't sure where to start. This workout can be catered to true beginners but also to regular viewers who know their limits and know they can push harder on the faster periods of the workout. As I often say, just commit to 5 minutes and hopefully after the 5 minutes, you'll become energized and will want to do more. This is also a great workout for taking a short break in the day to get in some more exercise, or for days when you don't feel you can do more. By catering the workout to yourself, you can make this a gentle walk, or a more challenging sweaty 10 minute workout. This workout is for all ages and sizes and with consistency, you will benefit from improved health.

I wasn’t in the mood to hit the ground running so decided to do this. Ear buds in, disco music on…completed at my pace then added another 15 min gentle walk…at my pace. Thanks for the push!😉

I have no problem tailoring my moves to meet my abilities, but I always strive to do better and do push myself. A nice exercise session, and as usual, I enjoy the truly slowed down portions but am ready for another energetic burst of energy. Thank you Jules!...Anastasia

I had open heart surgery on 8/9/22 and I am feeling pretty good so I decided to try this! I kept it at a slow pace and was able to complete it! I am so thankful to be exercising with you again! I have exercised with you for a good while and I'm back. I have a lot of your videos saved and look forward to being able to do the longer one in time. Thank you for all you do for us!❤

Thank you so much for these exercises. I retired a year ago and have done pretty much nothing energetic, and of course put on weight and lost strength. No more excuses for me. I love it and try to mix some programmes up so I do at least 20 mins daily ❤

Thanks Jules for another great workout. Sometimes you need only short ten minutes workouts too. I combined it with one of your strength training workouts and enjoyed doing it with your instructions as well as music. You are awesome.
