Day one! I am 57 and find it very difficult to slip in a workout routine on the days that I work. I’m up at 5:30, work a 10 hour shift as a nurse and I get home at 6:30 wiped out. I can definitely squeeze this in before work! It was a great work out. I will continue as my morning routine 🤗

I been going to a gym a few times a week but when I am home alone while my soon to be husband is at work and Son at school I look up exercise routines to do at home and so far yours is the best. Going to keep up with your exercises. Thanks I am motivated to keep going I need to lose some weight before my wedding next year.

Excellent work! The last exercise was the best, I felt my obliques harden as I raised my leg for the crunch. I needed this. At least I’m not fighting gravity too much this time. 👍

Thank you Holly, it really works on me, accompanied with diet.My officemate also did it as they saw it work on me. I started doing this exercise and tone your arm last April 28 this year to this writing. From 56 to 51kg now, waist 30" 28" now, and arm 12" to 10" now. Through your workout I love to do it almost everyday. Very big thanks and God Bless. ❤

I'm so glad I found this. I'm excited to start. I have neck and lower back issues. Doing ab exercises on the floor really aggravates those areas. I'll check back in with results.

Guys! I did this after an overeating day, and It really helped! I did this plus the 1 week flat abs challenge. I've never seen results so fast! and I've tried the most popular abs workout videos on youtube, but they worked after many days. I'm so glad I found this channel, now I do a lot of her routines!!! thank you so much !!!!
