I'm doing this workout for 2.5 months 3-4 times a week. I can see a big difference. My arms are bigger and my shoulders are wider 💪 Some people noticed the difference. You changed my life!

3:30 jumping squats 4 sets 8-10 reps
4:36 brick side raises 3 sets 10-15 reps
5:25 pull up 3 sets 8-10 reps
6:25 tricep 3 sets 6-8
7:20 pushup 3 sets 8-10
7:45 bicep curls with brick 3 sets 12-15 reps

I just want to say thank you.
I started this about a month ago and now I see an improvement my biceps have increased, my shoulders grew and I am just amazed by my progress. I’ve been doing this consistently for the past weeks. I feel much more healthier, mentally stable and more confident. The only thing is that I had to find a separate ab workout video. I started this 3 weeks ago and I am really pleased. My arms have gotten alot bigger, my lower chest has grew, I put on 700 grams and feel alot better about myself. Thank you for giving me the motivation. Stay strong 💪

Edit: Been a year.
Here are the results:
My weight before: 51.2kg
My weight after: 61.7 kg

I stuck to this for 4 months and made changes to it. Stuck with that until December. Since December I have been on a push, pull legs.
ONLY do what I have done when you are confident you know enough to move on and you have gained a foundation

I’ve been focusing on calisthenics for the past year and this year. Here are the results
Pull ups: 35kg PR
Dips: 40kg PR
20 one arm push-ups
Almost got a front lever
Achieved many skills such as archer pull ups, archer push ups, 1 arm assisted pull ups, 30 second hold L sit, L sit pull ups, tuck planche
Oh and I almost forgot, my weight is now 67kg, I will be bulking up to 75

For everybody who are going to do this. This is a high intensity workout so you can lower the reps or sets.The exercises are so high and the amount in the video should be your goal.
