This at home booty workouts includes many of my favorite bodyweighted glute exercises. You can tone and define that booty with minimal space and no equipment. Just found this video imma try to do it for 2 weeks so first of all, *Before: 32 inches*

Day 1: ✅ it’s alright I guess it’s kinda hard but im not feeling sore at all so idk if it means im not doing it right.
Day 2: ✅ I’m not sore from yesterday but I’m feeling like I will tomorrow 😭I’m getting a hang of the correct form though
Day 3: ✅ I almost didn’t want to do it today because of how cold it was but I did it anyways today went pretty smooth

This is literally the best workout. I’ve done some many workout and rarely feel the burn in my glutes. I feel like you feel the burn more when you do floor exercises instead of squats. Thank you x

Im starting one of these, but i can only do part of the workout due to space constraints, so we'll see if its still effective :)
Started: 7th Jan 2023 Measurment: 129cm (mostly fat)
Day 1: I did what I could and it was a great burn!
Day 2:Done :)
Day 3: I did it but less intense to rest after previous 2 days
Day 4: couldn't do any bridges due to back pain, But i did everything else
Day5: did it :)
Day 6: did it :) result check tomorrow!

Like to remind me :)

it’s the beginning of the year & im definitely trying to see a change in my body. i don’t ever workout but i just did this butt workout & i feel good. now i just have to keep up with doing it!

All right, I’m gonna be doing a daily check in! :))

Day 1: ✅ I DEFINITELY felt a burn, I felt so sore after TwT let’s hope we can keep going! >:DD

Day 2: ✅ I AM DETERMINED. I felt a bit sore after yesterday but the burn felt very good this time! :>>

Day 3:✅ help I forgot to edit this on day three 😭😭😭 but yes I did do it, got a good sweat and glutes were numb asf 💀

Day 4:✅ I DID IT HEHEHEHE, the burn is feeling great honestly, getting more used to it 🔥

Day 5:✅ done! I can slightly see a difference, I’m gonna try to do this for atleast a month :>>

Day 6:✅ done and done!

Day 7:✅ Wow I can’t believe it’s already been a week! Again, my goal is to do this for a whole month! :}

Day 8:✅ I almost skipped cuz I wasn’t feeling that well but I still did it TwT I might skip tomorrows though because I finished working on an essay and I have an art commission to do but I think I’ll still do it haha

Day 9:✅ ok, so I should have added this before starting this workout but I’m also doing an ab workout and a quick 10 minute cardio routine! So if any of y’all are interested in what the videos are feel free to ask! :]

Day 10:✅ AHH I FORGOT TO EDIT THIS but yes I completed the workout! :3 can’t believe I’ve been doing this for 10 days straight

Day 11:✅ done and done!

Day 12: ✅ YAYAYAYAYAYA on day 12!! Super proud of myself >:3

Day 13:✅ almost at the 2 week streak!!! :>

Day 14/week 2!!: wowie at 2 weeks! I hope you all have been doing well on your booty workout journey as well! <3

Day 15: ✅ guys my head really hurts right now I did a math test today but guess what I still did the workout! I might skip tomorrows, (most likely not) so uh yeah, see ya

Day 18:✅ got a project and I am stressing TwT

Day 19: ✅ done

Day 20:✅ Finished

Day 21:✅ done! Feeling a bit tired since I have a whole comic project thing due next Monday 😭

Day 22: ✅done!

Day 23: ❌ couldn’t do it, I had a field trip at my school for the whole day and it was a hike, I have two blisters, legs and shins are sore, tired and stressed over my project, so I had to break my streak, im sorry, didn’t mean to let you down

Hello! I haven’t edited at all after day 23, but I’ve done the extra week and I’m proud to say this was worth it :) I wasn’t really on any diet, just ate less processed foods, but there are results, this is definitely worth it! Ty for sticking with through out this journey, I’m gonna be continuing this! Thank you <3

This was the most painful butt workout I’ve done and it was so much fun and I love how you included stretches because I wasn’t sore what sooo ever the next day and usually I can’t walk for about a week even with easy workouts.THANK YOU

I've been doing this workout since March 2022 and let me tell my hips and butt have grown an incredible amount. I can literally feel muscles in my hips (because of activation) that I couldn't feel before or even notice. My confidence has shot through the roof and I just feel so much stronger in my lower half region. I usually do it 3 times a week, throughout the months there were about 3 periods where I stopped for 2-3ish weeks. It was a bit easier for me so I do the workout twice and get a good 40 min workout. I am pouring sweat by the end of it, this workout changed my life! I also add in sit-ups at the end to build strength in my abs. Thank you so much for this video! <3 participating in this workout genuinely makes me a happier person

I'm a notorious wimp when it comes to booty workouts but committed to this one 4 weeks ago and have done it 3-4 times a week, sometimes two times in one day. Four weeks ago I could barely get through it and today I can do the whole thing with much improved form. I actually enjoy it now. I should note that not only are my glutes and upper thighs noticeably more toned and strong, my knees and hips - injured on the right side - are more aligned and free of pain than they have been in 2 years. I didn't realize how important glute strength was to supporting my body. I am a dedicated Heather R workoutee. Love the structure of the videos, the perfect form, the timers, and Heather's warm and positive messaging.

This workout has been instrumental in relieving my sciatica pain after months of lockdown. Increased mobility after 1 workout. Decreased pain after 1 week. Almost complete absence of pain after 2 weeks of starting the day with this workout. No longer feel that tightened chord down my leg. Thank you for this, Heather! Maybe create a titled workout for sciatica relief in the future?
