I lost 5 kgs in a month simply doing your weight loss workouts daily, without any dieting! I suffer from PCOS, now even my periods have gotten much regular. Cramps are surprisingly less intense. FPHL hair loss under control. Never thought yoga would be so much beneficial for my health. Much love ❤❤

Today was my third day participating in this session, and it went really well. However, during the session, there were a few minutes where the instructor didn't provide any instructions. It was a bit challenging for me to keep up with the session routine without guidance during that time.

Today is my third day of practicing this session. I completed 50 mins all at one go with one break at 22nd mins. I am so proud of myself today. 😍

Omg I did it. Third day of doing your yoga..I did two of your 30 minutes for two days and then this on my third day.not a yoga fan..I’m more on fast moving exercises, but I’m loving yoga now.glad I tried it

I was always criticise of benefits of yoga as it never felt intense enough for me. But I had a food poisoning and skipped workout for a few days and decided to restart with something easy. But I assure you, this wasn't easy. Did complete it in one go, but it took my entire will power😅

I love this workout! Your voice is so relaxing. The thing I don't understand is why you stopped giving verbal cues during the stretch segment. I had to wrench my neck to look at the screen for visuals.
