I found Nicole's workout one day when I am seeking for my weekly yoga/pilates workout.And i found her channel!! OMG it is a life-changing found!I now do her workout 3 times a week.She has 10mins workouts and also 30+mins workouts, those are really good and I can choose them according to my schedule.I really like her workout and I really feel so so good after! :)) thank you !!

Definitely need more of these!!!! Really amazing routine. I have PCOS and hypothyroidism which makes workouts a must for me. Still, I hated to even think of working out. But, since the time I found Nicole's channel I manage to get myself to work out 6 days a week, constantly juggling between pilates and yoga. Completely love all her workouts because they are so carefully curated to get the body going without making it feel tired. Kudos to you, Nicole!! ❤️

Having been sat down for too long yesterday at a forum and on trains, this was just what I needed to stretch out my body. I am not a Yoga practitioner, but the way Nicole talks you so clearly through each position it allows you to do the movements alongside and learn what they are called. After a few times through I am starting to feel the 'flow' that is mentioned, but I have a long way to go! Thank you Nicole, I so love your videos.
