By no means am I saying your yoga was simple or too easy- but I just wanted to say for those of us that are naturally less flexible, or dealing with injury...or even just aging ☺️, it was nice to do a routine that wasn’t like “hold your leg over your head for 5 breaths” or “hover with your body in the air” types of yoga. 😉💛 Some people’s routines are so challenging and advanced that you leave feeling bummed and incapable, rather than strengthened and refreshed. This was lovely. The different stretches were great and I feel anyone could easily modify according to their level. Thank you! Just found you and really enjoy the content💗🌸

Loved this class! My hip flexors tend to twitch sometimes. So I always love some good hip flexor poses.
And 20 minutes for me is perfect! That's some time I can fit in almost every day. Thanks Liv ❤️
